Wycliffe Ethiopia is dedicated to answer the need of Bible translation in minority languages in Ethiopia, in the Horn of Africa, and beyond. Even though our name is Wycliffe Ethiopia, we are also deeply committed to fostering transformation in our neighboring countries through the powerful message of the Word of God.

Our overarching goal is to cultivate a society that reflects the glory of God, and we pursue this mission with unwavering dedication. With divine guidance, we have achieved significant milestones in making the Scriptures accessible in a variety of languages. We collaborate closely with local language communities, as well as with both international and local partners, to ensure that God’s mission is realized effectively and expansively. Through these efforts, we aim to create lasting change and spread hope throughout the region.
